Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“you” or “user”) and Nina Evelyn Anderson, a sole proprietorship based in Maryland, doing business as Reiki with Nina (RWN) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, downloading, scheduling, attending, or otherwise using any RWN product, service, or website, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Who We Are

Nina Evelyn Anderson offers educational and wellness-based products and services under the Reiki with Nina brand. Our offerings include:

Digital downloads (Meditation Vault, Inner Light Awakening Workbook)
Courses (Creative Spirit Mastery)
Workshops (in-person and/or virtual group sessions)
One-on-one sessions (Creative Reset Reiki)
Free newsletter (updates, educational content, resources)

We use third-party providers such as Zoom and Google Meet (for sessions/workshops), Calendly (for scheduling/checkout), Squarespace (for website/checkout), and Stripe (for secure payments).

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Our services are not directed to minors. We comply with COPPA and do not knowingly collect or provide services to anyone under 18.

3. Payment & Refunds

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Digital products (Creative Spirit Mastery): All sales are final. No refunds after purchase.
One-on-one sessions: You must book within 90 days of purchase. You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment via Calendly. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice are not refundable.
Group Reiki Session: Cancellations or no-shows made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund but will receive a credit that may be applied toward a future group session.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

4. Intellectual Property

All Reiki with Nina content—including but not limited to the Meditation Vault recordings, Workbook, workshop materials, written guides, meditations, course content, videos, and website content—is owned by Nina Evelyn Anderson and protected by copyright.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own education and wellbeing.
You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, sell, or otherwise share our materials without expressed written permission.

5. Client Responsibilities

By participating in Reiki with Nina services, you agree to:

- Upon successful completion of the Reiki Master Certification Program, Creative Spirit Mastery, the Client may identify themselves as a Reiki Master certified through this program. The Client is responsible for using their certification ethically and in accordance with any applicable local, state, or federal laws and regulations.
- Use our products such as the Meditation Vault, one-on-one sessions, and workbook for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Provide accurate information during booking and checkout.
- Respect community guidelines during group sessions and course spaces. We reserve the right to remove anyone engaging in harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior, without refund.

6. Wellness Disclaimer

Our services—including Reiki, coaching, and workshops—are educational and spiritual in nature. They are not medical, therapeutic, financial, or legal advice. Nothing provided by Nina Evelyn Anderson or Reiki with Nina should be taken as a substitute for professional care by a licensed provider.

You are responsible for your own choices and results. By using our services, you agree that Nina Evelyn Anderson is not liable for any decisions you make based on your participation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Nina Evelyn Anderson and its contractors, teachers, or facilitators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. You can view the Privacy Policy here: reikiwithnina.com/privacy.

9. Third-Party Services

We use Zoom, Google Workspace, Calendly, Squarespace, and Stripe to deliver services. We are not responsible for any errors, outages, or breaches on these platforms. Please review their policies for more information.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Reiki with Nina services if you violate these Terms, engage in misconduct, or misuse our materials.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” above and notify active customers by email or via our website.
